Terms and Conditions

BILLING:

Client agrees to initial six months of search engine and AdCoachingTM service from The Search Factory. You will be set up for monthly recurring billing from a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card that you provide. Recurring billing from The Search Factory will take place monthly from the start date of service. You will see charges on your credit card from The Search Factory, LLC for services rendered as well as the search engine(s) in which we are providing service for you. (i.e. Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) After the initial 6 month agreement, your account will be placed on a month to month agreement with no contract. Our policy on cancellation is a 30 day written notice via FAX only to 678-935-0744.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

We value you as a client and your information is kept confidential unless we have your written permission to share information. This information includes e-mail addresses, private information, proprietary business info, and any and all other confidential matters. We do not share our mailing list with any other source.

COACHING:

Our coaches are trained on industry knowledge and trends in the search engine marketplace. We coach you on the success of your advertising campaign only. We are not personal success or business coaches. Our coaching is designed to inform you about search marketing techniques in order to increase your profitability. From time to time, we will share ideas we’ve gained from other industries and/or professionals that do not compete in your market area or expertise.

Please note that while our services will drive traffic to your site, you as the client are ultimately are responsible for converting web inquiries/leads into sales or customers. We pledge to deliver honest feedback about the nature of your website and what our belief is about the site’s potential to capture customers. Ours is simply a matter of opinion from a 3rd party source. While we intend to add web design services as part of our business strategy, at this time we do not offer such services. We are not responsible for anything other than driving traffic to your site.

SPLIT TESTING:

Split testing is the process of testing 2 ads side by side during a consistent time period. The best performing ad is chosen while the poor performer is deleted. Once the better ad is chosen, we then test it again with another ad to see if we can beat the performance of the previous. This is where our company separates itself from 99% of our competition. We are continuously evolving your ads into more successful ads that will result in higher search engine rankings and yield a better ROI for your business.

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee that our services will place you on the first page of major search engines within 24 hours of our first interview. The 24 Hour Guarantee applies to normal business hours, 9-5 Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday. The Search Factory cannot be held responsible if the search engines have outages, system maintenance, or other required shutdowns that may impact the ability to place your site. Other factors may affect your 1st page results. Since pay per click is organized under an auction format, it is possible that your search phrases could be out-bid, forcing you off of the first page. Therefore, The Search Factory cannot be responsible if you as the customer are outbid and removed from the first page results. It is possible that search engines policies, procedures, and editorial guidelines could delay the timing of your placement. The client therefore agrees to hold The Search Factory harmless against any and all claims resulting in delays caused by the search engine companies themselves.
